LawVu Lens brings portfolio analysis to contract repositories

On October 6, LawVu announced Lens, a LegalOS capability for portfolio-wide contract analysis that returns plain-language answers with citations to source documents. The vendor says the feature can surface obligations, renewals, risks and change-of-control terms across a contract repository; those capability claims have not been independently benchmarked. For mid-sized firms advising lean legal departments, the product direction shifts value from single-document summarization toward repeatable portfolio questions and exception queues. Firms evaluating it should test recall on missing and inconsistent clauses, citation fidelity and the cost of normalizing legacy contract sets before treating repository-wide answers as decision-grade.
