Three mid-sized firms show different routes to firmwide Harvey adoption

On October 21, 2026, Harvey published case studies of Munck Wilson Mandala, Gray Reed and Foley Hoag, reporting that Foley Hoag reached more than 94% lawyer adoption and weekly use by more than three-quarters of lawyers and staff. Harvey said Gray Reed put a practicing litigation partner in charge, used matter-specific document vaults and built agents with practice leaders, while Foley Hoag combined mandatory ethics training with office hours, ambassadors and recurring peer sessions. These are vendor-selected accounts rather than an independent comparative study, but they expose a useful operating pattern: adoption ownership can sit with a credible practitioner and be reinforced through practice-specific examples. Mid-sized firms should fund the continuing training and workflow-maintenance role explicitly, then validate adoption claims with active-use, matter-coverage and quality metrics.
