On October 21, 2026, Reuters reported that Legora raised $550 million in a Series E led by Atreides Management at an $8.8 billion valuation, up from $5.55 billion after another $550 million round in March. Legora said the capital would support North American, European and Asia-Pacific growth and investment in agentic capabilities; Reuters also noted that the company had more than 1,000 employees and that the US was its largest market by revenue. For mid-sized buyers, rapid capitalization can fund integrations and support, but it also increases pressure on the vendor to expand account value and market share. Procurement teams should negotiate price protections, data portability, service levels and exit rights while competitive supply remains broad.
