Litera opens Foundation experience search inside ChatGPT for more than 300 firms

On September 17, Litera announced a ChatGPT Enterprise plugin for Foundation Firm AI Search, its experience and relationship platform used by more than 300 law firms, with an initial rollout to eligible US-based Foundation Cloud customers. The plugin lets authorized users query firm experience and relationship records in natural language, with responses linked back to the underlying Foundation records. For BD teams, the practical opportunity is faster evidence gathering for pitches and RFPs without forcing partners to navigate a separate interface. The adoption count and benefits are vendor-supplied, and firms will still need to test record completeness, permission behavior and whether faster retrieval improves win rates rather than merely shortening proposal production.
