Harvey connects client decisions, matter documents and live authority

On October 9, Harvey released governed connectors for sources including SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and Gmail, plus a LexisNexis-supported motion-to-dismiss workflow that requires approval of the grounds and research plan before drafting. Harvey says its search agents cite source documents and administrators can control connector use and automated actions. For client-intelligence teams, the architecture could bring client decisions, prior work and live legal authority into a single delivery workflow, but only if matter permissions and source provenance remain intact. Firms should treat connector design as a client-experience issue because faster answers will not build trust if the relationship team cannot explain which data, precedents and review gates produced them.
