On October 26, 2026, Clio released its 2026 Legal Trends Report and said firms using both Clio Work and Clio Manage recorded 10% higher revenue per responsible lawyer, 6.5% more billable hours and collection rates 2.5 percentage points above comparable non-users. The vendor’s mixed-method report also found that 82% of surveyed consumers wanted disclosure when a lawyer uses AI and 70% said disclosure increased trust. These are vendor-reported associations rather than proof that the tools caused the financial difference, but they connect adoption data with a client-communication requirement. BD teams should pair any AI value claim with a disclosure position, outcome evidence and a clear explanation of how professional judgment remains accountable.
