The company is targeting a combined EMEA headcount of 700 within six to 12 months, following a $600 million Series D in April that valued it at $5.6 billion. European legal AI is moving from exportable SaaS to local market infrastructure. Customer success, legal engineering and go-to-market teams in major jurisdictions will matter as much as model performance because firms increasingly need jurisdictional workflow support, language capacity, and regulator-aware implementation.
