Flank Record: Autonomous Contract Maintenance Without Human Input

Flank launched Flank Record on July 23, 2026 — an autonomous agentic contract system of record designed to eliminate the passive storage model. Flank's agents connect to a customer's existing systems, consolidate contracts wherever they live, capture accurate metadata from each executed document at the point of signature, maintain the record continuously, and reconcile duplicates and amendments without human instruction. The differentiating architectural choice: agents sit "underneath the data layer rather than on top of it." This means the AI's job is to make and keep the data true — not to interpret it.
