Harvey adoption data turns AI capability into a hiring and appraisal issue

RSGI’s second Harvey report found 68% of surveyed law firms and in-house teams deploying Harvey-based agents, with 21% of law firms running more than 50 agents in production. The talent signal is equally important: 82% of law firms and 94% of in-house teams are changing hiring criteria to prioritise AI skills, while AI competency is entering partner and associate appraisal frameworks.
