KM leaders become context architects for agentic systems

iManage CEO Neil Araujo says organizations are moving from systems that simply store knowledge to a governed foundation that actively surfaces, connects and makes knowledge usable for AI. That is a role shift for KM professionals: from repository owners and precedent curators to context architects, governance designers and workflow translators.
