Litera Foundation 365 embeds relationship knowledge in Microsoft 365

Litera says Foundation 365, its AI-powered CRM platform for law firms, is now available across Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Outlook and Teams. The KM implication is that client intelligence, experience data and relationship context are moving into the same daily workspace as drafting, collaboration and AI assistance.
