DISCO Launches Unified Litigation Solution — Combines Case Facts with US Case Law

BY INSIDE PRACTICE · AUGUST 10, 2026 · 1 MIN READ

DISCO (NYSE: LAW) announced the industry's first unified litigation solution on August 5, combining a deep contextual grasp of matter facts with its licensed corpus of US case law, court rules, statutes, and regulations in a single AI-native application. The solution gives litigators instant access to their most critical information in a single pane of glass — mapping claims to the legal elements needed to prove them and evaluating whether the matter's evidence supports those elements. The product is currently in pilot with five leading law firms on live cases, including Quarles & Brady, with general availability expected early 2027; DISCO has filed three provisional patents related to its approach and does not expect 2026 revenue contribution. DISCO's Q2 2026 results delivered $43.1M total revenue (+13% YoY) and reported that its new bundled platform pricing hit its December 2026 run-rate goal six months early. For legal tech operators, DISCO's move is a structural bet: by natively connecting evidentiary databases with legal authority, it is creating a moat that general-purpose LLMs cannot replicate without equivalent licensed content, and embedding itself in the daily workflow from filing to verdict rather than only at the discovery stage.
