NetDocuments Launches Industry's First Legal Context Graph

NetDocuments announced a reimagined platform built around what it describes as the industry's first legal context graph — a system that maps and connects matters, projects, documents, people, communications, and institutional knowledge continuously and at scale. Rather than storing isolated files, the new architecture turns legal work into a connected system: every contract, amendment, negotiation history, related party, and timeline becomes immediately accessible in full context, searchable by meaning and intent across hundreds of millions of records. The platform respects existing NetDocuments permissions and ethical walls, supports AI agents drawing on governed NetDocuments knowledge inside the platform and through external tools (Claude, ChatGPT, MCP), and integrates with Microsoft 365 for context-aware AI directly inside Word. Current NetDocuments customers can join the private preview waitlist now, with broader rollout planned in coming months.
