Harvey Reportedly Raising $500M at $15.5B Valuation as Revenue Doubles

Harvey is in advanced negotiations for a $500M round at a reported $15.5B valuation — up from $11B in March — as its annualized revenue reportedly hit $350M as of early August, nearly double the $190M figure from January. The pace of revenue growth is the real signal: adding $160M ARR in seven months inside a single vertical-AI company is not a trajectory that established players can dismiss as a boutique story. The raise would also set a benchmark for how investors are pricing control of the legal AI layer, particularly now that Harvey has moved from API integrator to model owner with the launch of Tenet. For competitors, the $15.5B figure changes the capital efficiency argument entirely — organic product buildouts are now competing against a company that can fund acquisition, research, and GTM simultaneously.
