Elevate Acquires Matter Management Platform Lupl to Complete Software Stack

ALSP Elevate acquired Lupl, the legal project management and workflow automation platform backed by CMS, Cooley, and Rajah & Tann Asia, in a deal announced August 19. The acquisition completes a deliberate move by Elevate to expand from talent-led managed services into a full software stack — adding matter management infrastructure to its ELM platform, consulting, and flex legal offerings. Lupl's "open access" architecture and its law firm investor base give Elevate distribution credibility and cross-firm connectivity that pure software builds struggle to replicate.
