Relativity folds cloud and agentic tools into Relativity aiR

On September 16, LawSites reported that Relativity renamed RelativityOne as Relativity aiR, bringing its cloud platform and AI and agentic applications under one product identity. Relativity also set a 2028 deadline for customers to stop opening new cases on its on-premises software and said agentic tools would be included in 2026 pricing. The consolidation gives operators a clear example of using an installed workflow and data layer to distribute new AI capabilities, while the migration deadline converts product strategy into a customer-change program. Competitors should watch whether bundling accelerates adoption or creates openings around migration support, interoperability and pricing transparency.
