Harvey announced on July 28 strategic growth investments from Goldman Sachs Alternatives' Growth Equity team and J.P. Morgan's Growth Equity Partners, on undisclosed financial terms. Harvey added over $100M in ARR in a single quarter — the first public disclosure of this metric — and has been expanding its go-to-market to include 50+ asset managers (Blue Owl Capital, Bridgewater Associates, KKR) through its acquisition of Benchmark, a New York-based decision-infrastructure platform for investment firms (acquired July 16). Harvey reached an $11B valuation in March 2026 and has now raised undisclosed additional capital from two of the largest asset management operations in financial services — firms that are simultaneously Harvey clients. For legal tech operators and investors: the Goldman/J.P. Morgan investments signal that Harvey's customer base in financial services is now large enough that its anchor clients want strategic ownership in the platform.
