Inside Practice Launches Legal Wellbeing Intelligence Platform — Webinar Replays Now Public

BY INSIDE PRACTICE · AUGUST 19, 2026 · 1 MIN READ

Inside Practice launched Legal Wellbeing, a dedicated intelligence platform for the legal profession available at legalwb.com, bringing together regular briefings, research and data, event information, and resources covering lawyer mental health, neurodivergence, psychological safety, leadership accountability, and the future of legal work. Two foundational webinars — both now publicly available for replay — anchor the platform's launch: Supporting Neurodivergence in Law: From Silent Struggle to Structural Advantage (with Char Erskine, Senior Diversity & Talent Manager at Osborne Clarke, and Richard Fisk, Senior Pro Bono & Inclusion Manager at Addleshaw Goddard) explored the gap between organizational confidence and employees' lived experience, the hidden energy cost of masking, and the risk of neurodivergent traits being misread as performance problems; and Vicarious Trauma & Psycho-Social Risks in the Legal Profession (led by Harry Key, Global Specialist Services Director at CiC Wellbeing) distinguished vicarious trauma from secondary traumatic stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout, and outlined practical organizational responses including reflective supervision, structured debriefing, peer support, and psychosocial risk assessments. For wellbeing officers and HR directors, the platform represents a shift from episodic awareness weeks to continuous intelligence infrastructure — which is the model the profession needs as wellbeing challenges become structurally embedded rather than cyclical.
